Hart District Council had rejected plans by Wellbeck Strategic Land (WSL) for the site east of Moulsham Lane, known locally as the Urnfield site, first submitted two years ago. Thames Valley Property reported last week how Jansons had signed up BIAL Pharma and Telos Partners Group to complete lettings at Admiral House in St Leonards Road.
