Alan is News Editor, UK Property Forums
He teamed up with UK Property Forums to support our event with fresh content and to help deliver commercial property news in the Thames Valley.
Alan who worked for 16 years at the Reading Chronicle launched its Berkshire Business review in 2004.
He then worked for five years as community editor at the Reading Post where he helped re launch its Business Post supplement in 2012.
Matthew is the Founder and now Director of UK Property Forums. Established in 2004, the Thames Valley Property Forum is now the leading discussion and networking group for all those operating in the Thames Valley and West of London property markets.
UKPF has now evolved into a national offer with Property Forums also established in Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and London, complimented by the Thames Valley Property Awards and also Thames Valley @ MIPIM UK. His role is to create new content and drive the business, working with a team of four based in Ascot, Berkshire.

Amy Charles is Conference Director, UK Property Forums
Amy has worked at UK Property Forums since 2010. Previously she has held event management and marketing and business development roles in the Australian legal sector and UK drinks business.
She acts as a consultant in Marketing and Business Development for Rational House a residential housing company. A Thames Valley resident and an allotment holder, Amy has her finger on the pulse of all the burning issues in the Valley.
Sarah Rutt is TVPF Conference In-House Journalist
Sarah is an independent marketing and communications advisor who acts as Communications Director of UK Property Forums.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the built environment sector working both in-house and for agencies and is currently a Consultant at ING MEDIA.
She is a non-Executive Director of architectural illustration firm AVR London and a Trustee of the Museum of Architecture.
