10/14/2016 Artisan distillery approved for Oxford Listed buildings at a former council depot are to be turned into an artisan distillery. Oxford City Council's west area planning committee has agreed plans from The Oxford Artisan Distillery (TOAD) to change the use of the unused buildings at South Park off Cheney Lane in Headington. TOAD plans to convert the Grade ll listed former Threshing Barn into the main distillery and allow visits from the public to see the process of distilling organic spirits from unique heritage grain grown locally.
